I guess I'm just not a big fan of Korean BBQ! Call me lazy, but I really do prefer a trained chef to.prepare my meal when I go out to eat. And it's not like you are going to save money by cooking your own.meal. We were three and our dinner tab with tip ran about $160. I did not feel that was a good value, and therefore I won't be returning. Not that I object to spending that much eating out, but I feel I can get better value elsewhere. Other details. This is a relatively small restaurant with very basic interior furnishings and not much in the way of ambiance. Service was quite good, but I was there on a weekday evening with a lot of empty tables. In short, both the restaurant and the food were mediocre and did not justify the expense or a return visit.

Really cozy spot with GREAT service. Waitresses were very nice and accommodating. Food came out a little slow, but that may be because there were a few other large parties with us on Mother's day. Food was all really yummy and spot on. They make all their sauces in-house and most of their food is flavored just right. Prices are standard but quality was a little above average. The only bone I would pick is that the pork shoulder was a little fattier than expected. Definitely will be returning in the future!

This place is not so cool. The queue is always long. If you go there on weekends, you should prepare to wait there for 2 hours. You can get a number and leave your phone number, then you can go to somewhere else, when your turn comes they would call you. The first time I visited there, I arrived at 7pm on Sunday, there were 20 groups ahead of us in the queue. At about 8:30pm, we got their phone call, but we already had dinner in another restaurant. The second time, we went there on Wednesday at 6:00pm. There were tables available, but the waiters kept us waiting for about 10minutes. Eventually we can start ordering. The dishes were more expensive than we thought. We only ordered a beef and a lamp and two traditional Korean appetizer. We thought grilling should be very interesting, but it was not an easy job. You had to turn over the meat frequently before the meat was burnt out. There was no oil, so the meat was intended to stick on to the rack. The most disappointed thing was that, they won't replace the rack for you. It becomes smoky when the meat was stick to the rack and you continued to burn it on the fire. And the dirty rack made the meat stick onto it more easily. Anyway, it's interesting to grill for yourself but the price is too high for me considering their service.

What can I say other than we are huge fans of Korean bbq. Jang Soo is very popular especially for large parties. I know I’d been before but couldn’t remember what I thought about so we returned again. We knew what we wanted and didn’t cook our own bbq, and food came out pretty quick and all the sauces and vegetables were super fresh. Only thing that we left wishing was better was the service. Seemed like the busy night got the best of the staff and their faces told the story very quickly. Will be back again because we want to see what the staff is really like on a good day.

We had very delicious food. Everything they make is homemade. The atmosphere is amazing. Price is competitive for BBQ.
